When will my order be processed?

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-7 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

How long does shipping take?

The shipping time will depend on your location and the shipping method you choose during checkout. Generally, domestic orders may take 3-7 business days. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing or natural disasters can occasionally cause delays.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the change if the order has not been shipped yet.
